Veteran's Day
Ok, so yes, normally I don't think too much about Veteran's Day...it's a nice day off from work. But, I saw this on the Air Force weblink and it made me stop at least for a minute and think. Thank you to those veterans who read my blog, including my dad and my father-in-law. And thank you to those of you who are tomorrow's veterans -- those of you serving our country right now. Well said Sheri. So many take our freedoms for granted forgetting those who committed a portion of their life to the military, to preserve that freedom. Mom H.
Veterans have done their jobs so well that we have been given the opportunity to forget how important their job is. It is sad that we have so many that take them for granted or don't appreciate what they do. There are so many supporters of the military but we remain a silent majority. This is a well deserved thanks...
We do owe our veterans and those now serving so much. A great big thanks to them.
